Dashboard removal
I need to remove my complete dash board to get to a loose wire at the back of the ignition area .
I've taken off all the removable trim bits , radio and the speedo etc, but I still can't get it out .
It's firmly stuck at the bottom by the heater matrix gear lever etc .
I've read threads on here and all say it's easy but I'm stuck !!
Thanks all Big Cry Defender 90 Tonga green . My 2007 County .2.4Tdci puma .
Too many other Discos to mention, including a V8 petrol Disco3 and diesel Disco 3 !! ( All gone)

Yeah that area is a pain in the rear.

I gave up when I realised I'd have to do a gear lever/footwell trim removal. Not too bad, but time consuming.

Luckily got to the parts of the dash that I needed to anyway... Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants...

Download the factory workshop manual. That has a detailed step by step for removing the dash without damaging anything. It is a bit long winded but it works and will save a lot of frustration. Having done it once following the book, I don't see it as much of a hassle if I need to do it again. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Sorry no link. If you do a search on here for it, there is a user who has it available for free download from their Dropbox account. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

You need to find a post from a member called dgardel. He has a link in his signature to the manual on his dropbox account. Darren
