Been outside and found this. Anyone know a good body shop that they can recommend in South Manchester area?

Looking at that damage you may be better buying a new and wing top wing, they are easily enough to replace as they just bolt on. Let’s face it a body shop would no doubt replace the wing anyway rather then fill it as you cannot really panel beat aluminium and charge you a small fortune.
Get a new wing and top from Land Ranger service on Sheffield st Stockport. If you go down the road of replacing the wing and top panel yourself which is a real easy job then There is a good paint sprayer to get the wing sprayed also on Sheffield Street, Stockport which if you are in South Manchester will not be to far , Steve runs it and he does a good job for a fair price, you will find him opposite Land Ranger Service which is also worth a visit as it is the best parts place in South Manchester, two floors of Defender and Range Rover parts and a top repair and service garage. You could order the Wing panel from Land Ranger Service, if they have not got a part in stock then usually 24 hour delivery, sometimes even the same day. If you buy the wing from Land Ranger they would also drop it in to Steve to spray for you if asked. http://www.landranger.co.uk/ For your satnav Unit 1 Sheffield Street Stockport Cheshire SK4 1RU For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

Body shop should be around £400 for a very good job ! Genuine Land rover parts will be Double that BEFORE paint
Word of warning DO NOT tell your insurance company AS you will lose your NCD as it is classed as a Driver fault loss. I found this out when tiles fell off a roof on my 3month old VW t5 van that cost 7k to repair and paint |

What a pain in the arse! I am waiting to see if mine is dry with the new seals. We did have some rain. I haven't had the chance to do anything due to over time, ( been using my 306 for work) Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Thanks for all the suggestions, I know Land Ranger very well, in fact I just bought a radiator for my series 2 from there. I will go and have a chat next week.
