I've seen this phrase "parking rules applied" posted hundreds of times with pictures of Defenders but what is it supposed to mean?

It just means if you see a Defender (or other proper Land Rover) you have to go and park next to it and take a picture Cool 1999 Land Rover Defender 110 td5 station wagon
