Grafty - I had a google around but couldn't find anyone nearby (currently in West-Ireland) and with the dash out, I'm limited to the mountain bike. Decided to bite the bullet and have ordered a new motor which should arrive in a couple of days Very Happy

Dorsetsmith thank you for that, looking at it the NLG wire only receives power when the park switch is operating so all is ok there. Just found a copy of the 2002 wiring book on the interweb, dam handy thing to have! Thumbs Up
