Washer jets replacement
Hi guys does the jets/squirter unit just pull off the bulkhead from the outside? I had the dash off recently and I can't see a way of getting to the back of the squirter assembly due to the way the dash Metal structure is formed.
Many thanks.

to remove, you need to access from inside the vehicle and unscrew a nut on the back of the jet housing - you just need to follow the water pipe with your fingers to the back of the jet.

You will first need to remove the top of the dash (assuming its pre-Puma models !)

here is a crappy photo, but shows the back of the jet and pipe

I did this last week, I couldn't get movement on the spanner so what I did was get my dad to hold the nut still with the spanner then I undid the jet from the outside, it was fiddly but it worked!

Probably is best with an extra pair of hands if you can.
I remember the rear was fiddly but that has good access and you can reach both side. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️

I did this last weekend on my 110.

First when people say just access it through the ash tray hole they must have tiny hands, plus there wasn't much slack on the tube.

So top of dash out.
TOP TIP Doing the job on my own I used a G clamp to hold the outer nozzle while I undid the nut to stop it from turning as well.

If you need to replace just the nozzle, you can pop the new one off, and fit it to the old "tube" Thumbs Up
