The snow arrived here (Stuttgart) just a week ago. The local ski lift at Enzklösterle (only 45 minutes from here, miniscule but local) opened. It didn´t run at all last winter.
Today it´s raining. Storms, driving rain and blizzards are forecast for tomorrow, and more snow at the weekend . 1998 Tdi 90 SW,

Just driven from Portsmouth back to Somerset.
Rain in torrents on the M27, some sleet around Dorchester and then more rain. What amazed me was the amount of gritters on the M27, the water was running off the road in rivers so surely so was the salt ?? Started raining here tonight with temps well in the positives. But forecast is to cool down quite a bit and Saturday morning we are supposed to awaken to at least 10 cm fresh snow.

Northing here at all, but its well ICY, My fingers went numb when fueling up the landy, A mate at work Scraped the window screens off both mine and his car, it had really iced over. I cannot see my area getting anything at all, if it does it will be very light. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
