John Steed's Bentley
Have been watching The Avengers (Emma Peel/John Steed) nightly over the Christmas. Every time Steed drove his Bentley I was amazed to see the amount of blue smoke it put out! Thank God it didn't block my view of Mrs Peel.... Whistle 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

I think I heard somewhere that Morse's Jaguar was incredibly unreliable throughout the series with crew sometimes pushing it into the shot when it wouldn't start.
