Any forum sponsors sell Masai products?
The Masai tree sliders appeal to me because they have running boards between the slider and base, making a step. I do not know of any other tree sliders with that facility. So would like to know if any forum sponsors sell Masai products (or tree sliders with boards)

I have Tomb Raider style step/bars at present but they are not tough enough. The Masai tree sliders seem an ideal solution to added protection, with better foothold than other tree sliders using anti-slip tape. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. I have no experience of the Masai R + T sliders however if it is tough R + T sliders then I would recommend the Safari Equip ones.

Having a look at the different specification some of the differences

Masai Zinc plated Safari Equip hot dipped galvanised 10 times thickness of zinc plating

Masai No jacking points Safari Equip two jacking points

Masai according to fitting instructions bend rear bracket! Would be extremely hard work to do so on Safari Equip

Masai made in Turkey(?) Safari Equip made in UK

Masai £226 Safari Equip £240

We have demolished concrete bollards with the SE R + T slider Have managed to bend a SE R + T slider once. Least of my worries, sheared off O/S wheel, bent front axle and bent chassis were higher up the list.
