Have a look at OEM Developments, LRI Solutions or Exmoor Trim for new seats unless you can stretch to genuine LR Recaro's my favs.
But unless you actually want new seats try the seat rails, as above, should gain the nescessary few inches. I believe they do, but will let someone far more knowledgeable confirm. I believe you need a couple of extra washers door side to tip them slightly to clear door pillar at shoulder height! when I looked at my railings earlier they have two quick release like bolts on the runners is this normal?

I have a pair of brand new SV seats with built in head rest, half leather
Will sell for £900. Beautiful seats very smart with landrover logo. Obviously heated Never been fitted or sat in. |

I use a gen SVX seat, ( yes only one, never sit in the l/hand side !!)
