If it helps I've just checked and it all works as advertised on my Discovery MY16 with factory tow electrics.
The only thing it doesn't do is register as a trailer connected on the dash when the indicators are being tested.
I'll try it on my defender when I pick it up tomorrow Thumbs Up

This is probable the reason for IT i.e. £9.71 instead of £60 to £157 Whistle
