Greasing front seating rails
Both driver and passenger seats are very stiff to move so I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to clean and re-grease them?

Thinking of removing and then spraying a degreasing liquid into there and then using some spray white grease to prevent future sticking.

I wouldn't use spray grease in situ or it'll go all over the place unless you are prepared to do a bit of making up first?
Never been that bothered about mine but if I did I'd probably finger apply. (Gloved if you like)
Moly grease and run seat runners up and down a couple of times to lube and spread it then wipe all excess off.
Otherwise it'll be like a dirt and filth magnet. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️
