[Wanted] TD5 Rear Window Glass & seal

I've been given a one piece rear door from a TD5 but it has no glass. Does anyone have a window (not fussed whether it's heated or not as I don't have the wiring for a heated one) for one of these?

It doesn't seem to have a high level brakelight, has rounded corners and seems to have been stuck in with some sort of sealant previously, I can't see any evidence of anything else holding it in? Does it need a seal?
