Same here for the Scenelite S17.
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I wired mine with two switches, uno on the cubby box and the second on the rear, closer to the Left loudspeaker. Below you can see the electrical diagram. With the cubby box switches (ON-OFF.ON) you can select: 1. Rear lamp ON 2. Rear lamp OFF 3. Rear lamp ON with reverse Click image to enlarge with the rear one you can switch on the lamp Click image to enlarge and, yes, very good quality, very nice style and powerful.... here the schematics Click image to enlarge Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition IID Pro MV License |

Well, you can judge for yourselves but I'd say it's made quite a difference
The first pic is with the single RDX Lux reverse light on only. The second pic is with the Scenelite on only. I didn't think it was worth taking a third pic with both on The private lane in question is generally 'pitch black' and it was raining heavily. Granted I've taken the photo from the off side and the RDX Lux is on the near side, but the difference is shall we say noticeable? Of course I'd never use my work light for reversing on the public highway. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

Thank you
There are so many similarities between the Defender and the Esprit - and I love them both (in different ways). Of course I've never got any money in my wallet Click image to enlarge PS I think I'm allowed to temporarily hijack my own post/thread..... |
