Hello folks,
I'm looking to replace this section of the exhaust as it's developed a hole in the braided bit. ![]() Click image to enlarge From browsing online I have discovered there are the options of short flexy or non-flexy. Does having the flexible section actually give any noticeable advantage? Supposedly it reduces noise but I'm not sure what level of reduction is to be expected. If it's only a slight difference I might as well go with the solid option as it's the flexible section which has failed. If it's noticeable then I'll go for the flexy one. Although all the flexible pipes I've seen have quite a short section, whereas the one I've got on now is much longer. Anyone got experience/advice on this? |
