Excossack has done much to restore my faith in humankind. He, that's an assumption as it could be she, very kindly picked up a copy in WH Smith and posted it to me!

Sorry if I caused confusion over the year, '15 vs. '16, I made an assumption.

Finally, do we know if there will be a new edition next year OR does it die with Solihull? Hopefully not!
