How to fix light bar to Hannibal roof rack?

Hello, I'l looking to fit either 2 laser lights or a light bar to my Hannibal roof rack. Devon4x4 sells a roof rack light bar mount but its too expensive for my budget.

Has anyone seen anything cheap on eBay or other online shop?

2014 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 SW Corris Grey

My Lazer light bar came with brackets that bolt to the underside of the hannibal rack. For the two rear lights, the garage made two brackets out of chequer plate.

Roof racks and light bars are all very well, but its a pig to clean up there

It rained Saraha sand again yesterday.
