Replacement TD5 Electric window loom/harness

Driver's side e/window gave up yesterday, had a look today and found corroded/broken wires at the door hinge flexi area. It had been "repaired" before (polite description) so cut out the offending wires out and spliced in new short length wires, fault cured but the rubber flexi boot is not that great as a long term fix.

Just wondering if there is a replacement door harness that terminates dash side of the "A" pillar , or a flexi boot kit available?

Hope this question hasn't been done to death, when I searched all that came up was a Puma querie.

E/windows are factory fit.

Yes there is. I bought one last month as l had the same fault.
I got it from my local LR specialist and l think it is distributed by Britpart.

Hi Liightning, thanks for reply, was that for the wiring loom or the flexi boot cover?

Had a brief look at britpart site but couldn't see either

Sorry my mistake....it's an OE part, not Britpart.
The harness comes complete with the rubber boot and all the plugs, it's a straight swap over, just plug it in.

The part number is LR016315.

This is the only seller l could find who posted a picture, it's available from most LR parts sellers.

Yes l paid £45 from my local LR specialist.

I posted that as it was the only seller l could find who put a picture of the part on their site.

With the part number you can obviously search for the best price.
