Yep, agree there, skips can do alot of damage, on your glasscoat does it protect the paint work against hedges and the like scraping down the side of the landy ? 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up.

FANTASTIC looking Defender.
However, you REALLY need the AP 6 spot brakes to go under those lovely wheels,..6 spot on the front, 4 spot on the rear,...I'm sure Bowler could accomodate you!

Yes it does protect it to a certain extent.. but not "that" much. I put a scratch down it when taking a cheekly single track detour and it simply needed a re-application - no paint damaged at all.

Thanks Pickles, its appreciated. I'm looking at roof racks and upgrades to the trailer now for a big trip to the Scottish Highlands In Winter Smile

I love that!! the wheels are a fantastic touch! how much did the rims set you back? I am toying with the idea of replacing my front grill and light surrounding to sliver.
