Yes. I fitted the heavy duty drive flanges after the spacers were already fitted. Ray

Can anyone report any quality difference between the Terrafirma and the Paddock spacers?

TF Spacers..
Cannot comment on the Paddocks spacers - but bought & installed the Terrafirma ones this week - P/No TF301.

Was surprised how heavy the box was.

Made in China - but the quality to me seemed very good indeed.

Did run into a problem with the driver side (RHD) rear jacking point though. I have a Frontrunner 45 litre wing tank and it prevents the round bar from a high lift jack or even the older screw type LR jack from engaging fully. Result was that it bent the jacking hole/-receiver slightly upwards and that I could not jack down & remove the jack in a safe way. Rectified with going with old favorite 1.5 ton capacity air jack - but the OEM bottle jack would have sufficed also.

Have not driven far enough yet to comment on handling characteristics - but going on a local LR event next weekend which includes both tar- & gravel roads. Tyres standard OEM 235/85/16 Goodyear Wrangler M/T.

Marked the steering lock stop bolts with white Cutex and will still consider adjusting those.

I've had Terrafirma 30mm spacers on for about 6 months now, no problems at all, very pleased. Turning circle vastly improved and wider stance looks much better (IMO) Thumbs Up James

Even Porsche have used spacers on recent production cars so they can't be that bad surely? Cheers Don.

Had 30mm spacers just fitted on mine by CSK Thumbs Up Chris used aluminium ones supplied by a racing manufacturer. Bit more expensive than Terrafirma et al, but he reckoned weight and stress would be lower. Driving with them on today felt good, but it still ain't no London Taxi Laughing 2015 110 XS CSW Montalcino Red with Black Pack

After installing the Terrafirma 30mm spacers - subjectively it feels as if steering could be slightly "heavier" - i.e. more steering effort needed.

Could not really appreciate an improved turning circle - so adjusted the steering lock/-stop bolts today: 19mm ring spanner and turned it "inwards" 2.5 turns. Tip: if you want to adjust the right sided bolt - turn steering to the right fully and the opposite for the left side.

Darkness caught up with me and did not have the time to go for a drive and test the turning characteristics.

Cons: cannot see in the side mirror the rear mud flap "flapping" away in the wind anymore ... Cool

I always though spacers were fine until I saw one fail during a hill climb. The wheel just went flying, fortunately this happened pretty deep in the forest so not a lot of people around and no one was hurt. With the damage done after the spacer had broke it took us some 4 hours to get the truck back in a recoverable condition.

I know that a loooot of people never had any problems with spacers but that experience certainly turned me off them.
