That Entreq guard looks like it's designed to scoop up mud, with those forward facing louvres
![]() I'm not familiar with the TD4 fuel cooler, which does look a bit vulnerable from pictures. I've always been a bit ambivalent about underbody and axle guards in general, though. Unless you're going in for extreme challenge-style off-roading, then the chances of damaging axle or gearbox casings are extremely small. i have a D44 cooler guard on mine, works as it says on the tin.

my fuel cooler guard gives me a metallic vibrating noise at 1800rpms on 3 gear. I am now 100%sure it is the cause.
have any of you experience this? cheers Martin |
