[Wanted] steering wheel and boss

can anyone help?

i need a steering wheel and boss, for a 01 defender TD5,

it has to be TUV approved (both parts) the one i have fitted, been there for more than 8 years i have no paperwork for.

i cant find one brand new all the major guys just say no, if anyone knows where i can get one it would be appreciated, even here in Germany.
