For Sale 1967 series 2a LWB Double Cab

Hi tiphat we are selling Paloma our 1967 2 1/4 petrol

(E) series 2a LWB Double Cab pick up (due to health issues)we are the third owners,the first owner who had used it for shunting stock trailers around there farm had it from 1967-2009 at that point the mileage was 7525 miles then it was passed on to his nephew who built the Land Rover as it stands today he replaced the chassis and built it up as a double cab pick up fitting six elephant hide seats and a rear catflap which makes carrying long items a doddle he owned it until Easter 2016 when we purchased her,the mileage was 8176,so had only done a few hundred miles in his ownership,she has a Salisbury rear diff and drives really nicely and is very reliable,in our ownership we have fitted a brand new rear propshaft a full exhaust system,brake master cylinder,slave cylinder and clutch slave cylinder and new hoses she has had a full engine/ transmission service the weekend after we bought her,the chassis is solid and clean and has had no welding done on her at all,and the bulkhead is very good as well,she has a good working water tight smiths heater,good tyres all around 750/16 x 5 she is fitted with a Dixon bates drop hitch on the rear and a Dixon bates 3 ton tow ball/pin on the front,everything works as it should the

Hi guys many thanks in answer to reverting back yes it can be done its only extended by bolt on bars to the rear crossmember,the guy who I bought it off and built this and he is in his eighties Thumbs Up
