The place in Leciester is where the v8 installs happen, oilver that owns wildcat was there to meet me, introduced me to the guys that do the installs and then we had a few hours chatting as the guys worked away. They nearly had one ready to fire up for the first time but I had to run for my flight. They are going to try to get mine out in 4 weeks. Andy

mcma1,...What do they do about the exhaust,...do they run a set of pipes, or use the standard manifolds.
I see that most of the UK conversions have only a single rear exhaust,....I like twin pipes myself, but rarely if ever see 'em on Defenders. Pickles. |

I blame the wife for all this. She has the Akra on the Rs6 and I have to listen to her everyday driving about. I regulary tell her it sounds crap and looks like a pigs nose lol.

Been in Dubai the past two weeks surrounded by v8's so even more excited now. Spoke to Oliver at wildcat this morning so the defender is stripped and electrics in place. Just waiting for the gearbox to arrive next week and it will be going straight in with the LS3. Expecting some pictures later which I will post. Andy
