Will a TD5 ignition lock work in a TDI?
Will a TD5 ignition lock work in a TDI, thats the info I am looking for... not sure if it will work in a TDi or not..

Anyone know?

Thee lock assembly has the same part number in the Parts books for TDI and Td5....earlier ones had different numbers Working towards Carry on camping!

I fitted a latest style ignition lock (and corresponding door locks) to my 1995 Tdi. So I now have a 'puma' style key for my ignition and all doors.

It was a straight fit with no issues.
