Genuine Bowler Motorsport Challenge Car
For Sale is our Defender 90 Challenge vehicle which competed and finished in 2nd place overall (having missed the first round!) in the 2015 Land Rover Defender Challenge. The vehicle started life last April as a brand new unregistered Santorini Black with Contrast Silver Roof, 90 TDCi XS Hardtop (has A/C) and was converted by Bowler to Challenge Rally Spec. As you can appreciate, this is a specialist road legal rally car with many modifications, so is therefore sold outside of our Approved Used Scheme and without manufacturers warranty. The modifications are quite extensive, including a Bowler Stage 1 upgrade, most glass changed to Perspex, full MSA roll cage, Bowler bucket seats, full harnesses, Bowler bumpers side protection, rally flaps, Bilstien suspension, Bowler wheels, steering wheel, gear leaver, plumbed fire extinguisher, electrical cut off, additional rally lights, Terratrip etc etc plus many other items. Clearly it's not your average 'daily driver' and is eligible for a most of the big stage and hill rally’s. The vehicle comes complete with a V5 showing Lookers as the only owner and a MSA log book and has covered 3,300 miles on and between stages and also being driven to and from the rally’s from London. We have lots of pictures of the vehicle; however below gives you an idea of what it is all about. We would suggest coming to see the DC car as it is very specialist; it also has a few battle scars on it which all add to the character! The registration plate is not included therefore it will revert to a London issued 15' plate.
