Parts to have ready at home

Hi all,

I did not find a topic like this on any forum.
Where I live I need to wait 7-14 days for any part to arrive from the UK.
What should one always have at home so it never happens that my lovely Defender TD5 can not drive for a week or two.

Lets start with the basics:

1. Crank sensor
2. Fuel filter
3. Fan belt
4. UJ's
5. Water pump
6......

Worth adding an oil and air filter, sump plug washers plus lubricants if you find it difficult to get those also.

Thermostat, wheel bearing and one of those easily breakable screws on the coolant hose would be handy.

We run a few 2013 Defenders in Ghana, the main dealer doesn't keep basics such as brake pads in stock
