Your thinking is all correct.
235s would help even more, but would only be an option if you have the 7" ZUs rather than the 8" ones. How snow rated are you talking about? The mountain symbol? |

Hi
Cheers for your help. Apparently the KO2 has the snow rating required to be legal in Germany etc... during the winter. I don't anticipate heavy snow use but you never know!! I have read that the KO2 has the snowflake symbol. I will check the ZU's Trying not to put aesthetic over function but I quite like the look of the larger width even though as you say the 235's would be even better. Simon Beware the lollipop of mediocrity. one lick and you suck forever! 2005 TD5 XS 110 with a few extras...... first Land Rover and loving it!! |

Hi Simon,
I swapped from 255/85 KM2s to 285/75 KO2's and they do have the proper winter rating snowflake. they are SOOOO much quieter on the road and much better behaved on the ice and snow. Haven't noticed any difference in fuel economy. running the on 8x16 Twisted alloys. |
