Hi PJB,
Really like your roof lights, apologies if daft question, what make are those and approx cost if you don't mind me asking? I see you have installed switches for them, have you also wired them to come on with your high beam and reversing light automatically as well as independently with the switches? Just enquiringly as looking at doing similar mod, many thanks |

Don't worry your secret is safe on here
And how did you wire them up? Was it just through the two dash switches? and/ or through the high beam/ reverse function? as I was wandering if both of these are an option. Thanks again. |

Hi Gatecrasher
I decided to wire up so I can put them on independently of anything else, like for example when I need light trying to level the caravan & put the awning up when its down with rain on a dark november night, both are wired so require ignition on & then are switched from the front as per the switches. I obviously have standard reversing lights & initially wired the back work light to come on with reverse lights, but decided I often want to use the work light when not in reverse so hence the above wiring. Tim at mobile centre I'm sure could sort out a wiring system that would allow both, but a long way beyond my wiring abilities ! Cheers Paul 2020 P300 HSE |

Having just read a thread about a stolen 110, please be careful it isn't driven off whilst you faffing with the caravan!
Personally I would have wired them to work with the ignition off then at least you don't have to have the keys in the unattended vehicle? Am I being too paranoid?
