Just cut them off and fit waterproof 2 pin plugs off *bay less than £4 for 10

Yes, but with some kits you want it as factory as possible.
I did use Superseal on some connectors though, they do just the same job - arguably better you could say. |

They aren't Econoseal on the heated seats, they are TE (aka AMP/Tyco) MQS connectors.
If Paul can't sort plugs (which go on the seats) I have some, but the sockets (which mount on the seat box) are trickier. I think Paul has got some though. ![]() ![]() |

The heated seat connectors are not Econoseal or Superseal, they're MQS connectors. Paul.

I had to use both for my set up, that's the only reason I mentioned Superseals.
The male and female, Tyco type connectors obviously have to be used together. I had to use Superseal connectors additionally for mating a Genuine Loom to Waeco pad set. This route you can either use the set up I did, or if at any time you wanted LR heated seats or similar they plug straight in. Basically then you mimic a factory install. |
