Anyone for a drive around Saffron Walden on Sunday 21 August 2016?

Coincidentally I'm meant to be going out with a friend in his his Disco (I'll be in my 90
 ) on the 21st and I live just down the road from Saffron Walden. I'll double check with him that we're still on and get back to you.

If we meet in the car park of Tesco's, in Saffron Waldron, at 10.00 we can compare maps. We should have a good day even if it is just us three. Note my friend can't make it now.

Out of interest are we looking to do non scratchy lanes or are a few brush marks acceptable? My truck already has plenty so I'm happy to do them. I know plenty of brilliant lanes but some are a tad overgrown now so maybe beat miss for the paint perfectionist

I don't want to get any more scratches, but heh that's laning. i'll try to keep any damage to the minimum. I always take loppers and a chain saw and sometimes do a bit of clearance in advance. so we can look up those doubtful lanes and make a decision.
