More missing bolts?

Here we have a bump stop bolted in at opposite corners. Does that look right or should I be bolting the other two corners?

I also spotted this on the tb - is there a purpose for these bolt holes? Am I missing something from there?

top pic look right my same as mine

three in bottom pic to fit a remover plat adapter to help removal and fitting

so no problem
