Anyone fitted these;

Hi
Used these on an old 110 pick we had to tidy it up before it was sold. They felt a little stiff and gaps when first offered up were not as per the factory items, i left them in the sun for several hours which helped us get the shape right and had to mess around with the clips and screws to get a fit. Do you have any pics of the issues? Dave |

As per what Dave suggested, get a heat gun on them for wide gaps, that's what we do in plant, just don't bend them too much as you will get stress marks
