Hola biker chums.
For those that love bikes as much as Defenders, I thought this might be of interest. Just been having a morning catching up on some episodes of the Motorbike Show and Henry Cole highlighted this course, which looks well worth considering. I have found a link to the London version, there are however many others nationwide. I would certainly do it if I wasn't based in France.

Well worth doing, I did it a couple of years ago at Gerards Cross Fire Station.
A good few hours of common sense approach to dealing with an accident along with some very useful emergency medical tips.
It's quite basic but once you have the knowledge like most things, instead of panicing at the scene of an accident the lessons kick in and could well save a life.
