It's not just the arm, someone's actually moved the nearside wheelbox into one of the holes for LHD vehicles and flipped it so it sweeps the other way. Probably using Series III parts which would fit straight in. Can't see why anyone would do that, as the arms will touch in the middle and it leaves a bigger 'V' of uncleared screen in the middle compared to the normal setup.
