150 or 170?
Very interested to hear your comments - as still a bit undecided about this. |

Fitted the tune yet?
Today I removed the ECU in order to note the required numbers for ordering. Had to use a bit of WD-40 to remove the harness. To remove the 3 side plugs was a bit difficult because of access - stood on a small ladder sideways of the right fender and used a very small flat point screwdriver to push the lock inwards before "throwing the lever upwards" all the way - obviously had to repeat 3 times - for each plug. Putting back was a lot easier as the lever moving downwards actually presses the plug inwards by itself. If fitted - what are your findings about the tune? Thank you. |

Finally got the time to set-up the BAS 170 re-map today, Pete was very helpful and the install was pretty straight forward. Went for a brief drive and initial trip out the low down torque makes a real difference and I noticed lower rev at higher speed.

Click image to enlarge Set of silver grills added, really lifts the front end - KBX are nice, but I do like the origin look. |

Looks spot on! Have you got the Twisted wheels on yet? I'm desperately trying to convince myself that I can afford to get myself a set, but they are eye-wateringly expensive! Want to get a set of Speakers too. 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green

Click image to enlargeAll fitted - admired them for a long time as this is the last Defender I am having thought I would have a set, I'm very happy with them. Your right, not cheap but I think they are worth it. |
