Seat Removal - Screw Size
Chums,

Looking to pop my Recaros in. Can anyone tell me what the %#%^*^##^*%^** screw size is? Bl**dy impossible to find a PH driver that fits. French suppliers only do up to PH4, is that BF enough? If not I'm stumped. Don't want to burr the heads or I'll never get them out Big Cry Monsieur Le Grenadier

I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list.....

Screws are ISO M8 (coarse series). Not sure what heads you'll have, I fitted standard hex head setscrews when I raised the seats so long ago I can't remember what was there before. I imagine that if they're M8 with a Pozidrive head they'll need a Pz4 tip.

They categorically will not be Philips head.
