Time wise, I stripped it one evening after work, fitted the panels the next evening after work and bolted it all up and fitted the trim the evening after.
The silicone was done the following evening. So probably a days work. |

Thanks for taking the time to write this thread, I'm sure it's going to help a lot of people who are considering the swap.
The bottom picture, from the angle it's taken at it looks like your 88" panels don't have the strengthening rib that runs down the side by the rear doors, is this so? Mine has a rib that's riveted on, I presumed all 88" panels were the same? Cheers, Christian |

I kept all the strngthening ribs in place, including the one by the door..you can see it in this photo..

I did the same on my 110 double cab took about a day with roof off etc left the bulkhead behind the rear seats which was useful when transporting dirty stuff.
