nige from megasquirt described my engine as a mongrel/bitsa, and very nice. not sure how to take that lol

4.6 cross bolted block, 4.0 front end and TVR plenum says the man from delmonte.

hopefully he can supply the kit!

Greeni - that pipe will only fit by removing alternator bracket etc. I originally didnt need it when the engine was in my Bowler Tomcat 100 due to lack of heater. I just wiggled it and eventually the braket sheared off. However when the engine went into the 110 it needed replacing so I had to buy a new pipe and stip the front end anyway to fit it ! Banging Head

My 4.0 Gems came from a NASpec Disco 1 Test Vehicle. I assume its the same as a later serpentined 3.9 V8 as in Disco 1 and RR Classic except for the front cover having the dizzy hole blanked.

Roma, item 4 of the oil pipes is not available anymore. I've had LRS searching for one for weeks now. I bought the other one new, no problem.
As for the ECR solution, I'm sure any Motorsport place can build you some up. Which is what I might have to do.

I'll go in the garage later and get some pics done, as I think as it's the 4.6 it's totally different to yours.
I'm going to refocus my efforts to get this sorted, plumbing and exhaust, re bleed the brakes and it's ready for an Mot.
