Think he's just insanely busy. Ah I can remember the days when I got my first truck chipped by Porny, he was working out of his house at the time - bit easier to get hold of then but always been a really good guy. (And it went like the proverbial afterwards without any other mods at all!)

So, can anyone recommend a good company somewhere around the midlands, or south west that i can take my defender to, to get it re-mapped ?

not used them but what about JE they are in Coventry DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I did read somewhere that someone had a JE map, and said it was very jittery, so not so sure, unless anyone else can vouch for them, having a good map from them ?

If you're in Gloucester, why not try Allisport in Ross?

Had mine done by JE, very pleased with it, jittery isn't a word I would have even thought of. Very professional and helpful guys, also change the handbrake to an electric one which makes a fantastic amount of difference to leg room.
