Hi Clare,
When I contacted A Plan Thatcham I was told there was no difference in renewing with yourselves or the other original branch in MK. In fact I was advised to renew with the original branch as it would cause problems. So since you took over Steve's role and are now saying only deal with Thatcham, should all renewals be re-quoted by yourselves? Would they be different in price to the MK office? Or do renewals not qualify for any discount? I was told that only one insurance company will insure Defenders through yourselves. So presume pricing across the group would be similar. I had the same when I contacted told to continue with Bletchley and they can offer the same

I got insurance through A-Plan's Ipswich Office before realising that they were a sponsor on here. Can't fault anyone in Ipswich. In fact they went out of their way to help me. Got my other runabout insured with them and am more than likely moving my house insurance if the price is right.

If you have a policy already with A-Plan we will help the branch come up with the right numbers for you and usually leave the policy where it is. We do this a lot with Bletchley as they used to look after this forum, its pointless moving policies around the A-Plan group.
