Does anyone fancy helping me with this? Its a secondhand guard so I don't have fitting instructions. Defender is new so hopefully no seized bolts etc!

Could try getting advice from FCX who supply Bowler, not too far from you. Or I'm sure Bowler could supply some instructions. James

Found a YouTube video don't suppose the Bowler guard will be too dissimilar to the one used in the video.
