A49 north of Tarporley.....
I do believe that at around 5.00 today I was 'chasing' Stacey007 up the A49 trying to inspect those new crossmember bolts Laughing

ACE Smile

As you let me go out of the Farmers Store, I said to my wife any other car would not have stopped to let a car out, only Defender drivers Smile Thumbs Up

I was trying to spot if you had LED lights including headlights as yours looked great in the rear view Smile

Even in the Farm store carpark I got talking to a chap in a Shogan who had swapped his defender due to knee issues but loved it.

No other car is like this I've ever had Smile

Defender mini convoy Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I try to let people out generally, but always make an extra effort with fellow Defender owners Thumbs Up

I had all the kids in 'Screbble' and they always get excited when we see another Defender. The wave is compulsory and you got quite a few from our clan albeit you might not have seen them. Very Happy

Your reg number 'clicked' after a few minutes based on your posts on here.

I have all LED except the headlights, however they have an LED halo for want of a better word when the sidelights are on. Considering they were all 'cheap' it doesn't look too bad Thumbs Up

We'd just been snooping around the least secret bunker in the world, and then as I am a canal anorak I wanted a mooch around Audlem. We'd just set foot in the Shroppie Fly when the heavens opened. I had to stay in there a while ..... Whistle (no alcohol though!).

Yes, I always have the biggest grin on my face when I drive Screbble - almost looking deranged - absolutely love it! I walk to work during the week, so any excuse to get out and about at the weekend.

You missed a lovely series 2 pick-up just after you turned off. Waves were exchanged Thumbs Up
