You'll need to poke the dealer in the eye, probably more than once and then it should come in the post.

I never actually received my voucher either despite chasing the dealer, but I was told to ring the number on the experience website and book it direct just explaining that Id bought one new a few months before and it appeared on their system when I gave them the reg no. -2015 Defender 90 XS Landmark-

Good morning,
I can confirm, for any new or used approved purchase purchased via one of our approved Land Rover retailers you will receive a complimentary Land Rover Experience voucher. Should it be the case that you have not received this, please could you send me a PM with your vehicle and contact information and I can request a member of the Land Rover Experience team to contact you. Many thanks, Lucy |

Mine arrived just fine a couple of months after collection of my 90 earlier this year and we have
booked for Eastnor. Had to wait a few weeks for a convenient date but really looking forward to my visit next week |

When I bought my 2 year old ('05) Defender I was twice offered an Experience outing.
I replied positively to both offers but never heard anything ever after. |

As I recall when we picked up the wife's Evoque last year, we got a leaflet (rather than a voucher) and it just gave a phone number to ring and said to quote the VIN or reg number and they would book you on a course.
cheers simon |

Is there a Time limit on redeeming the voucher? I might of in-inadvertently forgotten to get around to booking mine.

I chased my voucher through the dealer for 2 years, complete waste of my time. The dealership themselves being an equal waste of time with a parallel of incompetence and customer care. The only thing they do well is coffee.
Anyway, now that's off my chest. I spoke to a Richard Quinney at LR experience recently, on 01926 691687. Once registered you will get an e.mail outlining your entitlement to attend, with up to 2 guests, at one of 7 sites for a half day and drive your choice of vehicle from the LR range. There is no time limit. Hope this helps Kevin |

I just received the voucher 6 months after buying the car. No worries.
Which centre would you recommend? I seem to recall some centres are better than others and this being discussed on a thread here a while back. I did try to search on here but only found this thread... Many thanks. |

We got ours when we picked up the 90
Anyone know where the best LR experience is? Ours nearest is Luton Hoo which is by all accounts a bit tame. Are they worth bothering with even? Eastnor looked quite nice from the RTV trail last year, but lets face it, I RTV'd the 80" there so what am I going to get from the hemetically created and maintained tracks? He who dies with the most toys wins Defender 90 & 110, S1 80", Disco 1, S111 88 LRSOC & CVLRC |
