My new to me (newbie) Defender 90 XS
Newbie here, so before I intro my car, big hello to the regulars who have helped satisfy my yearning for a defender. Owned a SIII for a while and sunk too much ££ into the chassis Big Cry

Now the newer one- came with factory fit lamp guards and RAI ......Owned now for a few months, and so far have accidentally made a few tweaks:

upgrade stereo, speakers and sub to match factory upgrade
Tinted windows
KBX wing top grills
flat dog roof rack
Black 3D front and rear Defender badges
leather dash, grab handle and binnacle (cheap flea bay covers)
new BFG's
Nakatenanga gas strut
.....and a good clean and paint work detail (not this photo, but when I got it).

Jobs to do are:
get boosts painted gloss black
Swap headlamp and grill for santorini black version, or paint them
BAS remap
Rear ladder or NAS rear step- can't decide!

Looks stunning!

A santorini black front grill and black boosts will really complete the look. Another alternative to painting your boosts could be a set of sawtooths although that's a much more expensive route. Thumbs Up Matt.

Thanks.

Would love a set of sawtooths, but alas, they are expensive for genuine ones.

Have a few mechanicals to get sorted now- leaking off-side swivel and some paint bubbles by alpine lights, rear rain gutter, and round he windscreen- thankfully, JLR have authorised a warranty job, so it goes in soon to have some work done!

Gradually go round with dinitrol too, with the aid of Zagato's guide and good torch.

Would like to get a new steering wheel and premium cubby box- sheesh the list becomes endless!!

Great so far. It was easy to install, arrived very quickly, not very noisy, looks well made and looks good too, I think. Too early to comment on durability - for the price I think it is hard to beat.

Just need to decide whether I need/want a rear ladder; and if so, whether I go for their matching one or get the one with built in lamp guard to match current lamp guards.

Bluest - they are 265 75 16, the new BFG AT - think they look a long bigger than the older style, but I am very pleased.
