Hi Steve,
I have the same issue sometimes as I guess I must vary my seating position occasionally and it means I can't see the revs below about 3000rpm (unless I lean to the right a bit) which doesn't matter too much as i generally judge where the revs are and the speedo is viewable until about 90 (which I will admit it's touched a couple of times) but again that really makes no odds as most of the time its trundling along at about 55 - 60 ish max. It was most noticeable when I fitted the new wheel and I looked into a larger dia but I don't think I found a Momo out there but i've got used to it now and hadn't thought of it until seeing your post. Momo's main importers Brown + Geeson are based near me in Wickford. Give them a call on 01268 764411 as it may save searching and speak to Dan Brown as he's a good bloke and helpful when I was sorting min. Mark |

As far as I am aware Momo do not do a 15 inch steering wheel, However, Moto-Lita and Mountney do, try having a look on Demon Tweeks web site.
Also and this is from one of this sites sponsors OPIE oils do a range of 15inch steering wheels very reasonably priced… You would have to buy a boss to fit but there are plenty of those on eBay or alternatively OPIE Oils sell corresponding mountney boss kits Steering Wheels http://www.opieoils.co.uk/search/go?p=Q&am...;view=grid Bosses http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-89864-traditio...ntney.aspx For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

I know it isnt exactly what you asked but I have the startech and the dashboard vision is fine. However, I guess like all of these things, it will depend on your seating position, what type of chair, height etc. Adjustments: Startech Steering Wheel | MUD Interior LED lights | Wipac crystal headlights with osram nightbreaker bulbs | Alpine CDE195BT
To do list: Outside rear facing LED lighting | subwoofer and speakers |

Interesting thread/post, as I have been considering a 350mm Momo and hadn't thought that it may obscure the dash a little.
Has anyone out there fitted a Momo 350mm with an Optimill (slimline) boss? If so, what is it like to live with - both in terms of viewing the clocks and proximity to the column stalks. Cheers, Will |

Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I have a 350mm Momo fitted and have no problem seeing the dials or a problem using the stalks. It's fitted onto a FCX quick release boss which I think is smaller than the standard Land Rover boss. I'm really pleased with the wheel which is a huge improvement on the standard one. Thanks for sharing the info and photos Paul
Which Momo is that? It looks nice. I guess the issue relating to visibility depends on a number of factors including driver height, seat position etc. In terms of the boss, it does look slimmer than the std Momo. I wouldn't mind seeing some photos from owners with a 350mm Momo with the Td5 dash |
