2.4 front crankshaft oil seal
Good morning all,

The front crankshaft oil seal in my 2007 2.4 just started leaking. Weird thing is that Microcat and the workshop manual show different types. One which is a screw in seal for which a special tool is required and one which is a traditional seal. Does anyone have any more knowledge about this? And what determines which seals one has?

I have only ever come across the screw in seal?

Don't quote me on this, but didn't Ford revise the cam chain cover at some point for the screw in seal?
I may be wrong?

Screw in seals are easy to get in and out though, without the special tool. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered.
