2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Tonga Green

Second Row Seat Belts

Good evening all,

My 110 DCPU had a damaged rear, right hand seat belt that was picked up in the MoT.

So I have purchased a take off one on eBay for a tenner. However, it turns out it is a left handed one (The inertia reels are mounted pointing slightly backwards so the belt is directed towards the pillar).

For the time being, I've mounted it facing forwards so it works, the mounting plates are non handed so have 2 holes in allowing it to sit forwards or backwards. However, its not the best as the belt feeds into it at an angle if it's sat like this.

Is there a way to change it to working as a RH reel? e.g. is there something that can be done if I remove one of the covers?
