Fitted seat covers to my front seats and also got my windows tinted.
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge As you can see he couldn't do the small windows (alpine windows), the other company I phoned didn't want to even try. Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

The alpine's curve in both directions, I asked my window tinting man and he said they had tried before and weren't happy with the finish so won't do them, shame as I wanted mine doing. Looking good so far Defender 110 xs Utility

When I had mine done, the Apline lights weren't an issue

Got the alpine lights sorted out now.
Fitted a set of drawers and cage door from dogtran. I can now leave the back door open and have the dogs locked inside with plenty of air. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I now need to figure out how I can lock the rear door open so it can't be closed accidentally, if you have any thoughts on this please let me know. that looks very tasty!
not seen the rear cross-member colour matched before, do you think this will last longer than the standard black (to be read as "soon to rust") they paint the cross-members with? |

Getting ready for the summer weather now. Installed a custom made picnic box so we can stop and enjoy our picnic in style.

Marco, just reads this through from the start. Some top work there And as for the picnic set, that is awesome.
Have you considered a rear door strut from 4x4Overlander to stop the door closing? Fitted one to mine and its got to be one of the top mods out there. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

It has been a while since I have changed or added something to the Defender. That's simply because it's been going great.

Just picked up on this thread! How are the colour matching rear X-member and the bumper doing? Any signs of rust / paint flake etc?
