[For Sale] Complete and new 2.2 TDCi Engine & Gearbox
I have for sale a new engine and gearbox (covered 11 miles getting her to the garage to take out) from a 2013 Defender.

The engine and gearbox covered 11 miles like I said from the dealers to the garage and were then professionally take out to make way for a project that is now complete - please this thread is not about the project so don't ask questions thank you.

The engine is a complete unit with all ancillaries - the only thing that is missing is the alternator and the gearbox is also complete including the clutch and bell-housing. There is the original ECU and the gear levers/housing as well as an in tank fuel pump.

All air-box pipes and the air-box are also there and all inlet/outlets were covered during the removal process so no chance of anything entering where it shouldn't!

There is also a clutch pedal with slave cylinder included.

Looking for £6,500 ovno for the complete unit collected from the York area.

At this rate of steep discounting who is going to press the buy button. Do I hit the button now or will it be even cheaper next week? Or will I miss out totally and then rue the day?

I've no idea what these items would be worth, but they'd be great for repowering an earlier Defender, or placing in your high mileage vehicle, that you wanted to retain?
So, any ideas on what these items would cost if purchased from JLR, and what value would a Motor Wrecker (That's what we call 'em in Aussie!...You guys might call 'em a Parts dismantler etc?), or someone that deals in S/H parts place upon them.
Surely there must be a buyer somewhere for mint items like this.
