I bought stainless on ebay and was very happy with the cost/quality, but you may prefer to keep original style.

On the crossmember the middle three brackets, so six bolts have captive nuts but the two brackets on the outer edges (4 bolts) aren't captive and in my case one side was a challenge to undo though my truck is 22 years old and I'm a bit of a duffa, but overall well worth the effort.

No issues at all with the hinge bolts. Rob

IIRC, They're all just M8's, I went to my preferred bolt supplier and bought a load of BZP 8.8 Button head bolts of the correct length. Costs peanuts that way!

The centre 6 on the cross member are captive/have nut plates. The outer 4 don't.

Really pleased with the door bolts especially, even though not same style as OEM but hey, who's counting rivets? Hinge pin looking shabby though Rolling Eyes
